Yoga Nidra is a deep, full bodied state of relaxation that occurs within full awareness. This deep relaxation is an essential key for our healing, allowing us to release tension through the different layers of our being, moving into a space of stillness and experience complete, absolute rest. The state of yoga nidra arises spontaneously when the body, breath, prana & mind are all prepared.

Building on the previous yoga nidra workshop, Panditji will take us through a deeper exploration of various guided relaxation practices, using breath & visualization.
